Model: DIP 905

We have in store for our clients, a wide range of automatic dip-soldering machines that is specially designed for single /double/PTH/multilayered PCB machines. Provided with digital temperature controller for controlled motorized movement of PCB into the solder bath, these machines are the cost effective replacements for PCB soldering. These machines are integrated with electronic timer for setting dwell time (solder time) and have easy Mechanical adjustments for depth setting.

The working of these machines is mentioned below:

• PCB is lowered into the bath through motorized movement

• This action continues till the solder side of the PCB touches the solder

• After this, the movement stops to preset the time on the timer to enable the dwell time

• After the set time the movement resumes with the controlled cam movement

• This effects a perfect peel back and brings the PCB back to the home position

Model: FFP 915

We present to our clients, a wide range of foam fluxer with pre- heaters that is used for fluxing and pre-heating the PCB before dip soldering. Suitable for compatibility with Model DIP 905, these foam fluxers are provided with the following components:

• Plastic foaming tube

• Digital temperature controller for preheater

• Independent flow control valve for air knife and fluxer

• One touch pneumatic fittings for external air supply

• Manual carrier movement on conveyor rails

Below mentioned is the working of these machines:

• Foam fluxer applies a uniform layer of flux to the PCB through a foaming tube

• Air knife smoothens up the flux, and removes the excess flux

• Pre-heater activates the flux and prepares the assembly for soldering
