We are instrumental in offering our clients with PCB storage racks that are used for storing pre-soldered mounted PCB and also for post soldering. These stackable PCB storage rack can be adjusted as per PCB size and are subject to customization as per the specifications detailed by our clients.

The PCB assembly jig offered by us is used for manual soldering. It is specially designed for repair work, laboratory and prototyping applications and R & D departments. The jig is available in size 450mm length x 345mm width and allows fast and simple board change. Components are hold in secure position with the use of foamlined cover. The jig is adjustable in working angle and provide comfort to the operator.

Powerful ultrasonic oscillations produced by a solid state generator or smps based generator are converted in to mechanical vibrations by pzt transducers. These vibrations produce intense scrubbing action through out the liquid media which in-tern pulls out the contaminants from hidden recess and crevices of complicated assemblies. Ultrasonic also accelerates chemical action of cleaning media (water and solvents).
